Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the Solana Prize Pool website ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service. 2. Service Description The Service operates a raffle system on the Solana blockchain where users can enter by sending either 0.01 SOL for a 0.1 SOL prize pool or 0.05 SOL for a 0.5 SOL prize pool. Winners are randomly selected after every 10 entries per respective pool. 3. Eligibility - Users must have a compatible Solana wallet (such as Phantom Wallet) - Users must have sufficient SOL to cover both the entry fee and transaction costs - The Service is not available where prohibited by law 4. Entry Process - Each wallet address may only enter once per round - Entry fees are non-refundable once transactions are confirmed on the blockchain - Failed transactions do not constitute an entry - Entry is only confirmed after successful blockchain verification 5. Winner Selection - Winners are selected randomly using a cryptographically secure method - Selection occurs automatically after 10 entries are collected for each pool - Winner selection results are final and cannot be disputed - Winning addresses are publicly displayed in the last 10 winners list 6. Prize Distribution - Prizes are distributed automatically through smart contract execution - Prize amounts are fixed at 0.1 SOL for the 0.01 SOL entry pool and 0.5 SOL for the 0.05 SOL entry pool - We are not responsible for incorrect wallet addresses or lost access to winning wallets 7. Technical Requirements - Users are responsible for maintaining their own wallet security - The Service requires a stable internet connection - Users must ensure their wallet contains sufficient SOL for transaction fees 8. Risks and Disclaimers - Cryptocurrency values are volatile and subject to market fluctuations - The Service operates on blockchain technology and is subject to network conditions - We are not responsible for losses due to network congestion, high gas fees, or blockchain delays - The Service may experience downtime for maintenance or due to technical issues 9. User Conduct Users agree not to: - Attempt to manipulate or exploit the Service - Use automated systems or bots to interact with the Service - Interfere with other users' access to the Service - Attempt to circumvent entry limitations 10. Privacy and Data - Wallet addresses and transaction signatures are publicly visible on the blockchain - IP addresses are logged for security purposes - Winner information is publicly displayed in the winners list 11. Modifications We reserve the right to: - Modify these terms at any time - Change entry fees or prize amounts with appropriate notice - Suspend or terminate the Service for any reason 12. Limitation of Liability - The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind - We are not liable for any losses incurred while using the Service - Maximum liability is limited to the entry amount paid 13.
